UPDATE: Details for 2015 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

It must be fate. I release our first vide which happens to be all about Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party & the next day Disney releases details about the party! It looks like they’ll be plenty of trick-or-treating, party merchandise, showings of Boo To You & The new Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular! UPDATE: Disney released more information regarding the merchandise available at the party. The t-shirts will be available in both long & short sleeve, ladies cut & fleece. The shirts also have glow in the dark elements. I actually really like this design & will probably be picking one up! They are available at both the Emporium & Mickey’s Star Trader. I would guess that Mickey’s Star Trader would be the less crowded option.

The other two items available are exclusive pins & a retail magic band. There will be several sets of pins available only at Frontier Trading Post. The magic band looks great & mimics the design of the shirts. The band will sell for $29.95 only at the Emporium.

As you can see from the image above you’re going to head home with a ton of candy & treats. I talked about trick-or-treating in my Top Tips for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party video released yesterday. It’s definitely something that I recommend everyone does. You certainly don’t have to hit up every single treat station in Magic Kingdom but it’s definitely worth it to stop at a few. You might as well get the most out of that ticket to the party! Along with trick-or-treating there are a few merchandise items only available during the party such as a retail Magic Band, pin & shirt. These items are only available in certain spots in the park while supplies last. If you want any of these items you might want to pick them up earlier in the night. MNSSHP will also have speciality treats such as the Monster Cupcake, Candy Corn Soft Serve (Which I think I’ll be sampling!), and others. The biggest item for me is the entertainment. Boo To You will have the usual two showings. The new Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular will have 4 showings with one beginning at midnight. This is interesting since the park is scheduled to close at midnight, so this show will keep guests in the park well past closing. It’ll be interesting to see if Disney plays the Kiss Goodnight during these party nights. For times & locations click on the two images above to view the map in full size.
